The Guest Sitting Room Newspapers are provided of your choice (free of charge) for you to enjoy whilst relaxing in the Guest Sitting Room.

The guest sitting room is located on the first floor (same floor as the all the guest bedrooms) providing private and easy access for our guests to sit and relax. It is a beautiful room with an open fire for cosy nights in. By day it enjoys lots of natural light with the floor to ceiling double aspect windows.

The double doors from this room lead out to the guest patio, where you can sit out and enjoy the three and half acres of landscaped garden breathe taking views.

Your Breakfast Breakfast is created using fresh locally sourced ingredients cooked to order, a fabulous healthy way to start your day

Breakfast is a relaxed affair with everyone sat around a refectory table brimming with delicious goodies such as homemade jams, croissants, fruit and muesli and of course only the best locally sourced ingredients for your full English breakfast. We pride ourselves on catering for all our guests needs including dietary requirements or special requests!

The Overbury Suite £180 per night including breakfast for two adults.

This suite consists of two linked bedrooms, one room is the principal bedroom and the other adjoining bedroom is a smaller but still a spacious beautiful bedroom. There are full en-suite facilities. The Overbury Suite is ideal for families as the second bedroom is linked to the principal room making it perfect for children. Alternatively the second bedroom can be furnished as an office if you are visiting the area on business; please advise us on booking of your requirements.

Principal Bedroom

The principal bedroom of this suite has an original early 20th Century solid brass bed; thought to be of American origin it has Hollywood proportions of 7ft x 6ft! Coupled with a bespoke mattress and dressed with crisp white Egyptian linen its grand dimensions make it perfect for luxurious night’s sleep.

This principal room is decorated in classically English birds of paradise wallpaper complimented with rich jade silk and gold heavily lined curtains creating a real feeling of sumptuous splendour. When you draw back the curtains you can enjoy the uninterrupted view, through the original sash windows, onto the Overbury Estate Park and its ancient trees, setting a romantic scene whatever the weather.

This is the largest of our bedrooms (16ft x 15ft ) giving you ample space, to sit and gaze upon the view and if you are lucky you could very well see one of some the Bredon Hill deer that frequent this area.

Children’s Room / Office

This adjoining bedroom to the principal room is graced with a pair of original Edwardian Mahogany English ‘Heals’ beds made in London, these beds have the versatility of being a super king size when linked together or can be split and used as a pair of single beds.

Alternatively this bedroom can also be set up as an office with wireless broadband and a desk from which you can work in quiet surroundings whilst looking out across the restful views of Overbury Park.

The En-suite

The bathroom is spacious with a large enamel bath and wonderful views across the park to enjoy whilst you are in the bath! Both the toilet and the bathroom are separate to the bedrooms and private to this suite. Fresh white towels, towelling robes and slippers are available for your comfort alongside quality toiletries.

Other Facilities

Tea and coffee facilities are provided and served in fine bone china tea cups for a truly English cuppa. The water supply to the house is spring water directly from Bredon Hill and has a lovely crisp soft taste, a water jug and glasses are provided in your room for you to enjoy it. Hairdryers, iron and other such items are available should you need them please just ask.

Every detail within this suite speaks of sophisticated elegance and leisured grandeur – a far cry from the hustle and bustle of the twenty first century, coupled with some of the luxuries of today we hope to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

The Conderton Room £125 per night including breakfast for two adults.

The Conderton Room has an original French antique oak king size bed in Renaissance Style with finely carved panels and crest to the headboard, coupled with a bespoke mattress and base ensuring an opulent luxurious night’s sleep. Dressed with crisp white Egyptian linen and a silver velvet counterpane for extra warmth should you want it.

The walls are decorated in toile de jouy wallpaper; its roots in the eighteenth century befit the character and class of this house. The bespoke cream silk curtains are heavily lined ensuring a cosy night’s sleep. When you draw back the curtains you can sit in the window seat and enjoy the uninterrupted view, through the original sash windows, onto the Overbury Estate Park and its ancient trees, setting a romantic scene whatever the weather.

This gorgeous warm room has an original French antique oak king size bed in Louis XV style with quarter veneer panels and finely carved details to the head and footboard and original side rails. Coupled with a bespoke mattress it is dressed with crisp white Egyptian linen ensuring an opulent luxurious night’s sleep.

The room is decorated in a neutral colour with warm red tones taken from the Histoire d’eau rose framboise fabrics. When you draw back the curtains you can enjoy the uninterrupted view, through the original sash windows, onto the Overbury Estate Park and its ancient trees, setting a romantic scene whatever the weather.
